This summer, immerse yourself into film.

Ten students are brought together to brainstorm the theme and take their ideas on the road in a 4-day, in-state road trip. Spy Hop’s lovable green minivan transports students to a new destination each year to document their experiences.

We’ve covered global warming, the rehabilitation of the Jordan river, made a music video for Spy Hop’s musicology band, and ditched all cell phones, ipods and computers for a technology free week. WRITE-SHOOT-RIDE explores all elements of the documentary process, from story to camera, from digital editing to music and sound recording. We cap it all off with a screening in a downtown theatre to showcase the final result.
